Our Team
I specialize in adults struggling with everyday stressors that may result in anxiety or even depression. I have experience in women's health such as infertility and maternity. No matter the topic, I understand clients want to have a safe space to work through their conflict. I am here as a resource and guide to ease symptoms they may be experiencing.
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with over 10 years experience in the field. I have a bachelors and masters in Social Work. I help clients explore their emotions, life events and goals in a supportive and collaborative environment. I strive to empower my clients to take an active role in their treatment. I use a CBT focused approach.
My main priority with clients is to create a safe space that is free from judgment or criticism. I pride myself in ensuring clients have something tangible to take away from a session whether it be a coping mechanism to practice or some thoughts to reflect upon. I want to make sure that working on yourself does not stop after the session is over.

In our lives we all face challenging situations and circumstances. During these times it is helpful to have support to assist in managing these situations.
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker ready to bring my experience in mental health and substance use challenges to our sessions. I utilize therapeutic techniques that are well-researched and found to be empirically valid and effective.
I believe that therapy can be a useful tool to help develop more self-awareness, reduce stress and find life more meaningful. Our work together may include processing life experiences, identify current emotional responses, and engaging in skill building work to improve coping. Together, we can work through the current challenges you may be facing and identify positive paths toward change and healing.

Adult Therapist
I provide individualized and integrative care around depression, anxiety, and grief. I am a Certified Grief Informed Professional equipped to help clients manage loss—whether it’s the death of a loved one, the end of a relationship, or other life changes. I also specialize in supporting clients dealing with mental illness impacting their loved ones. This may include mental health issues such as depression, anxiety, dementia or other cognitive disorders. You may be experiencing psychological and physical distress due to an increase in caregiver responsibilities or can benefit from support and education related to their illness.
I understand how overwhelming it can feel to confront these challenges, but with the right support, transformation is not only possible but achievable. My approach blends traditional talk therapy with evidence-based practices, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Crisis Intervention and Management, Motivational Interviewing and Mindfulness techniques.
I approach therapy with warmth, empathy, and a genuine desire to help you feel heard and supported. I firmly believe that therapy is a partnership and that you have the strength within you to overcome challenges and embrace personal growth. Together, we will build a plan to move forward in a meaningful way.

Life can feel overwhelming at times—especially when you’re dealing with anxiety, past trauma, caregiver stress, relationship challenges, or the daily impact of chronic pain. You don’t have to navigate those experiences alone. My goal is to provide a supportive and compassionate space where you can feel heard, understood, and empowered to move forward.
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with over 20 years of experience helping individuals work through difficult moments and create meaningful change in their lives. Throughout my career, I have worked in a variety of settings, including mobile therapy, behavioral specialist services, clinics, and private practice. These experiences have allowed me to support people from many different backgrounds and life situations.
In our work together, I use approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness, and Motivational Interviewing to help you better understand your thoughts, manage overwhelming emotions, and develop practical coping strategies. Therapy is a collaborative process, and we will move at a pace that feels comfortable for you.
I help clients build tools to regulate mood, improve communication, strengthen relationships, and establish healthy boundaries. Together, we also work on creating routines that support your well-being—incorporating coping skills, stress-reducing activities, and strategies that help you feel more balanced and recharged.
If you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or simply ready for change, therapy can be a place to gain clarity, build resilience, and reconnect with your strengths.
